1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Visurve platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Reverse engineering, scraping, and unauthorized automated access to our APIs are strictly prohibited.
4. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Visurve Inc. and its licensors.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you connect to Visurve. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
7. Liability
In no event shall Visurve, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
